Motivates employees to achieve peak productivity conducts ongoing performance evaluations and makes recommendations for salary actions, promotions and other personnel activity. Monitors workload, metrics and delegates work assignments. As a member of the RUF-IT leadership team, participates in the development of technology strategy for the Foundation.RESPONSIBILITESManages, supervises and provides coaching and training to the Helpdesk team on administrative and technical projects and skills. Supervises the operations help desk and manages their project slate.ĭevelops policies and procedures for maintenance of desktop, mobile technologies and help desk operations. Participates in the strategic planning, implementation and support of the server, networking, operating system and application infrastructure. The Associate Director, Computer Operations leads the Rutgers University Foundation IT (RUF-IT) help desk team and serves as assistant to their supervisor, Director, Computer Operations. ![]()
